Contribution of CHIP to a course on new developments in Law and Family
In the framework of the above-mentioned diploma, Child Identity Protection led a module on adoption, focusing on children’s rights to identity in family relations. This is the second time that CHIP has led this session, which about 170 judges and judicial staff in Mexico attended remotely. This is a welcome opportunity to continue exchanges with the country’s Judiciary on family law matters, to offer information on the latest developments and trends at international level in this field, and to learn on cases and situations arising at country level before these judicial professionals. CHIP thanks Mexico’s Supreme Court, in particular its Centre for Constitutional Studies, for its renewed invitation and trust in CHIP in this second edition of the course. We look forward to further potential collaboration in the field of family law and identity issues affecting children and adolescents.
